Ed was asked to provide a member of senior management with an intensive one-to-one coaching programme designed to review the individual’s way of working and management style. The coaching programme, comprising seven sessions over an extended period, was specifically designed to build confidence and develop advocacy skills enabling the client to be more effective in taking ideas forward with authority.
